|
Tungsten
Bar
|
|
Appearance:
- The
tungsten bar is fine-grained and has a luster
rather like that of silver in uniform color.
- Though
the whole bar may slightly is curved, the
maximum height of the bend should not be
more than 15mm. It measures 12x12x510.
|

|
|
Applications:
Purified
tungsten bars are used as a material for making
special steels and tungsten wire, or used in electric
contact points. Tungsten bars with impurities are
used to procedure bulb filaments or electron tube
filaments, which are guaranteed to have remarkable
resistance to high temperature.

Stranded
Tungsten Wire
|
|
Stranded
Tungsten Wire is uniformly silver-grayish in color.
It is made of first-grade tungsten bars with excellent
resistance to high temperature, evenly stranded
and free of mould stains and cracks. It has good
flexibility for processing purpose. When heated
to high temperature, it will not slack off nor deform.
Application:
Stranded
Tungsten Wire can be used for vacuum filmplating
or high-temperature heating elements. Particular
specification required by the customer can be satisfied
through consultation with us.

Ceriated
Tungsten Electrode
|
|
Ceriated
Tungsten is Tungsten doped by Cerium. It is a non-radioactive
material. It is known to be especially good for
DC welding with low amperage because it starts very
easily at low amps and usually requires about 10%
less amps to operate than thoriated material.
|

|
|
It
is very popular to be used for the welding of orbital
tube, pipe, very small parts, short welding cycles
and also where a specific number of welds are called
and then the electrode is to be replaced.
|
Lanthanated
Tungsten Electrode
|
|
The
lanthanated tungsten became very popular in the
circle of welding in the world soon after it was
developed because of its good welding performance
.The electric conductivity of Lanthanated Tungsten
is most closed to that of 2% Thoriated Tungsten.
Welders can easily replace Thoriated Tungsten Electrode
with Lanthanated tungsten Electrode at either AC
or DC and not have to make any welding program changes.
The radioactivity from Thoriated Tungsten can thus
be avoided. Another advantage of Lanthanated Tungsten
is being able to bear high current and having the
lowest burn-loss rate. Our WL Electrodes are state
patent products.
|
Zirconiated
Tungsten Electrode
|
|
Zirconiated
Tungsten has good performance in AC welding. It
balls up well in AC welding and has a more stable
arc than pure tungsten. Especially with excellent
performance in high load AC welding,it is not replacable
by any other electrodes. It also resists containation
well in AC welding. Zirconiated Tungsten is most
commonly used for AC welding of aluminum and magnesium
alloys.

Pure
Tungsten, Yttriated Tungsten and Composite Electrodes
|
|
Pure
Tungsten Electrode: Suitable for welding under
alternating current.
Yttrium-Tungsten
Electrode: Mainly applied in military and aviation
industry with narrow arc beam, high compressing
strength, highest welding penetration at medium
and high current.
Composite
Electrodes: Their performance can be much improved
by adding two or more rare earth oxides which are
mutually complementary. The Composite Tungsten Electrode
developed by us has been listed in State Developing
Plan for new products.
|
Thoriated
Tungsten Electrode
|
|
Thoriated
Tungsten Electrode: As traditional products, WT
application area becomes more and more limited due
to radioactive contamination.
